Having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator in our spacious well equipped room.

It's fairly clean hotel with magnificent views and a unique design. The staff are lovely friendly and more than adequate and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The motel was a great location, close to pretty much everything within the city area. Despite the hard to make getting in-and-out of park, it was handy to everything, including the Dunedin central shopping area, the city centre, and restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping it clean. the front desk was helpful, and the bathroom heater was really useful.

The motel had a poor wifi signal.

Close to town and University as visiting for Graduation

Handy to CBD but with good parking, ample space and confort and easy access.

Better lighting in rooms would help.

A little futher away from main shopping than I thought.

Lovely helpful staff. Room very large (but a little dated in fittings and decor). Very close to university which suited us and only a 10 minute walk from the city.

Shower was poor - bad water pressure and as it was above a bath had to bend knees to get under shower head. Heater in room worked well but was noisy.

This hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was top-notch, particularly in the shower area. I also appreciated the convenient location as it was close to pretty much everything, including the central shopping area and restaurants which were easily accessible on foot. The hotel facilities were great, and the parking and transportation options were plentiful. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

Good location - within relatively easy walking distance of cbd. Many Dunedin hotels seem to be miles away.

No complaints about the hotel.
